Batch Production & Studio Schedule

To ensure uncompromised quality and intentional craftsmanship, our Hampton studio hand-presses orders on set batch days:

Studio Batch Days: Hand-pressed in batches twice a week every Tuesday & Friday.
Production Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for hand-assembly, quality inspection, and curing before dispatch.

Care Instructions

Machine Wash: Cold (max 30°C or 90°F), inside-out with like colors.
Tumble Dry: Low heat, or line dry to maximize garment longevity.
Iron/Steam: Low heat (do not iron directly over printed typography).
Bleach & Dry Clean: Do not bleach or dry clean.

Fulfillment & Shipping Details

Studio Processing: Hand-pressed and packaged with care in our local Hampton studio.
Shipping Standard: Shipped directly via USPS Ground Advantage via Pirate Ship (typically 2–5 business days in transit once scanned).
Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your live USPS tracking number will be automatically dispatched as soon as your label is printed in our studio.
Packaging: Shipped in secure, protective eco-friendly poly mailers to ensure your garment arrives in pristine condition.
